Jamming at Filips -67
 Existed September 67 - April -68.
We played as good as in one club only, but two or three times a week. That was in the only psychedelic rock club existing in Sweden.

Instrumetal, mostly, experimental, long pieces of free form rock.

Some of the great rock stars were there as guests. We once had a jam session with "the indian of the group" Jim Carl Black of Mothers of invention, and Don Cherry used to sit in.

This was the club where Jimi Hendrix learned to know Hansson & Carlsson, and the song Tax Free, which he later recorded.

Baby Grandmothers did a three day tour with Hendrix January 1968.

BGm also went to Finlad for a gig in an art festival, in which we met up with a couple of freaky artist, who invited us to play on a TV show they would perform in. Perform was the word of that time. Happenings and performaces, and this was a mixture. In the TV studio there was a pile of junk, on which one of the artists were rolling while playing on an instrument looking lika a bow.

Later this year we went on a tour in Finland as Baby Grandmothers, but by that time the group had already Mecki joined into us. This tour ended abruptly, in jail, but that is another story.

2007 there was a release of one night at club Filips with Baby Grandmothers. It was recorded on a two track Revox tape machine, and two mikes.
